    • Anti-corrosion treatment Although steel grating has good anti-corrosion properties, the original protective layer may be damaged by cutting or welding during installation. Therefore, the cutting parts and welding points should be treated with anti-corrosion coating after installation to avoid corrosion caused by local failure.

     

    • Safety protection measures During the installation process, workers should wear necessary protective equipment and ensure that there are temporary guardrails or other safety devices on the installation platform of the steel grating to avoid accidents during high-altitude operations. During the installation process, people should try to avoid walking on the steel grating that has not been fixed to prevent slipping.

     

    3. Post-maintenance

    • Regular inspection and cleaning During the use of steel grating, salt, debris, etc. may accumulate on the surface. It is recommended to clean and maintain it regularly to ensure its anti-corrosion effect and long-term performance.

     

    • Repair of anti-corrosion layer For steel gratings with partial zinc layer shedding or damage after long-term use, the anti-corrosion layer should be repaired in time to avoid further deterioration of corrosion problems and affect the service life of the grating.
