    Ceiling application: It can be used for the ceiling of the stadium stands, which can withstand a certain load and meet the requirements of ventilation, lighting and beauty.

     

    Stairs and passages: It is laid on the stairs, passages and other parts of the stadium stands to provide a safe and reliable passage surface for spectators and staff.

     

    Installation points

    Preparation: Before purchasing the steel grating, it is necessary to communicate with the manufacturer, split the drawings, and make holes in the columns, beams and other parts that need to be opened in advance. At the same time, the on-site quality management personnel shall carefully check the variety, material, specification, coating and appearance quality of the incoming steel grating, and check the design drawings and quality certification documents.

     

    Foundation treatment: After the structural acceptance, before the plate is hoisted, the oil, paint and debris on the steel beam shall be carefully removed to ensure that the surface of the steel beam is clean and flat.

     

    Laying conditions: The installation of the steel grating should be carried out after the corresponding steel beam is completed and the intermediate paint and fire retardant coating are applied, and it can only be laid after the high-strength bolts are finally tightened, the floor beam welding is qualified, the arc-starting plate is removed, the node is filled with intermediate paint, fire retardant coating and temporary installation are completed.

     

    Positioning and laying out: According to the laying diagram of the steel grating, the laying position line is measured and laid out and marked on the upper flange plane of the steel beam with ink lines to ensure the accuracy of the laying of the steel grating.

     

    Hoisting and placement: When lifting the steel grating, in order to prevent deformation, soft slings should be used or rubber should be added at the corners of the wire rope and the steel grating or pads should be used under the steel grating, and tied firmly. After hoisting to the designated location, the plate should be straightened and compacted in strict accordance with the steel grating laying diagram and specification requirements, and fixed symmetrically.

     

    Fixing method: Generally, welding is used for fixing, with a welding point every 500mm on the side, a 4mm angle steel weld, a 20mm weld length, and a 5-10mm steel grating installation gap, which can be adjusted according to the actual situation on site. After welding, the welding slag and splashing need to be removed, and two coats of zinc-rich paint should be applied manually.


    Maintenance

    Regular inspection: Regularly check the horseway steel grating to check whether there is deformation, looseness, weld cracking, etc. If there is any problem, repair or replace it in time.

     

    Clean surface: Regularly clean the dust and debris on the surface of the steel grating to keep the surface clean to ensure its self-cleaning ability and aesthetics.

     

    Anti-corrosion treatment: For hot-dip galvanized steel grating, if the galvanized layer is found to be damaged, it should be repaired in time. Anti-corrosion treatment such as coating zinc-rich paint can be used to extend the service life of the steel grating.
